A yearly contract also includes an onsite visit for a day or two. The congregation or person being coached is responsible for the travel expenses, lodging, and meals during the onsite visit. Most onsite visits will be done during the week.
Each contract will be negotiated to establish the fee according to the length of coaching time and desired outcomes. The normal fee for a yearly coaching contract is $2,000 plus expenses for the onsite visit. This fee can be negotiated according to the situation.
